Overland Park -- Services for Anna Jo Bond Gresham, 80, Overland Park, will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Knox Presbyterian Church, Overland Park. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Pauls Valley, Okla.

Ms. Gresham died Saturday, Sept. 4, 1999, in Overland Park.

She was born in Greenville, Tex. Ms. Gresham earned a bachelor's degree in music education from Oklahoma State University. She earned a master's degree in guidance and counseling from East Central University in Ada, Okla.

Before her teaching career, Ms. Gresham sang with the Brush Creek Follies under the stage name Sunny Day. She began her singing career as a staff radio soloist at WKY-AM and KOMA-AM in Oklahoma City.

Ms. Gresham was a guidance counselor for the Shawnee Mission School District from 1961 to 1981. After retiring in 1981, she was a counselor at the College of Hair Design, Overland Park.

Ms. Gresham was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha at Oklahoma State. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Overland Park.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Kay, Lawrence, a grandson, and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after the service Tuesday at the church.

The family suggests memorials to Knox Presbyterian Church or the charity of the donor's choice.

Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee is in charge of funeral arrangements.
