The game: The Firebirds' starting free safety led the team in tackles (12) and forced a fumble which led to a touchdown in Friday night's 28-21 loss to No. 1 Olathe North. Erb also had a 10-yard reception for a crucial first down on fourth and four late in the game.
Comment: "He's a very intense competitor," FSHS coach Bob Lisher said. "He's a perfectionist and a competitor. He's a great kid, a 4.0 student and does everything well."
