Is it against city ordinances to put electric wire on the inside of your fence, down at the bottom, to keep your animal from digging out? We are in dire need of an answer because my dog keeps digging out.
A section in the city code prohibits electrically charged fences within the city, said City Manager Mike Wildgen.
