Emporia, 27 percent.
Hutchinson, 23 percent.
Lawrence, 27 percent.
Manhattan/Junction City, 37 percent.
Salina, 27 percent.
Topeka, 27 percent.
Wichita, 47 percent.
Statewide average, 30 percent.
