The future groom, who is the son of William Mardis, El Mirage, Ariz., and Jean Price, Grove, Okla., is a graduate of Shawnee Mission West High School, Overland Park, and is a recording artist for Bloodshot Records of Chicago.
The couple plan an Oct. 16, 1999, wedding at Danforth Chapel, Lawrence.
Williams-Casagrande
Jim and Virginia Williams, Lawrence, along with Peter and Pamela Casagrande, Lawrence, announce the engagement of their children, Ellen C. Williams, Lawrence, and Vincent J. Casagrande, Lawrence.
The future bride is a graduate of Lawrence High School and Kansas University. She is education director at the Lawrence Arts Center.
The future groom is a graduate of Lawrence High School. He is employed with the city of Lawrence.
The couple plan an April 29, 2000, wedding at St. Lawrence Catholic Center, Lawrence.
