Where are all the KPL drop-off boxes for your payments?
You can pay KPL bills at Checkers Foods, 2300 La., or Food 4 Less, 2525 Iowa. Customer service representatives can directly enter the payment into the KPL billing system, but customers must have their account number when paying.
The Checkers service window takes payments from 8 a.m to 10 p.m. seven days a week. Food 4 Less will take KPL payments from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
There is a drop-off box at KPL's administrative office, 333 W. Ninth, but payments there won't automatically be credited to the customer's account.
