Let me see if I've got this straight:
(1) The Lawrence police department issues tickets for illegal garage sale signs, because there's a city ordinance on the subject; yet,
(2) The Lawrence police department does not issue tickets for people riding in the back of pickup trucks, despite a city ordinance on the subject.
How many people have been killed recently by illegal garage sale signs?
