Kansas City, Mo. — The 1999 Kansas City SpiritFest will be held Friday through Sunday at the Liberty Memorial in Penn Valley Park, 26th and Main.
The festival will feature three stages of musical acts, an arts and crafts fair, food vendors, children's activities and a Wind Wizards demonstration.
The musical lineup includes:

Hours are from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday and 4 p.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday. Tickets will be available at the gate.
