7:30 p.m.: Talk by Mike Calwell of the Kansas Canoe Assn. and Friends of the Kaw, on the Kansas River and what can be done to protect it for recreational use such as canoeing, South Park Recreation Center, 1141 Mass., sponsored by the Wakarusa Group of the Kansas chapter of the Sierra Club.
