Do you think it's bribery for prosecutors to grant leniency to witnesses in exchange for testimony?

Krista Kuban,

KU student,

Olathe

"In a way, yeah, because prosecutors are trying to get something out of the witnesses that they want and they're giving the witnesses something in return."

Chris Coburn,

KU student,

Lawrence

"I think it depends on the level of the crime. I think if the crime's harm to society is relatively low, and they can get important information from the witness, it would be acceptable."

Greg Unruh,

KU student,

Lawrence

"Yes. I believe it is because justice isn't being done at that point."

Steve Foglesong,

pawn shop owner,

Lawrence

"Yeah, but I think they should still do it to solve more crimes."
