Is it constitutional for the Ten Commandments to be displayed in schools and other public buildings?

Kaitlin Sandhaus,

server,

Lawrence

"I think it's probably inappropriate. I think the lessons the Ten Commandments are trying to teach can be given in different ways than directly quoting from the Bible."

Tim Frazier,

pressman,

Greeley, Colo.

"I think it is. I think so because it was part of the literature when I grew up. I went to a parochial school so it doesn't bother me."

Helen Heberling,

artist,

Topeka

"As I understand it there should be separation of church and state so I feel it's best not to put them in public buildings."

Andrea Lee,

artist,

Kansas City, Mo.

"I think it is if they're equally representing all religions."
