JAMES F. REITER
Topeka -- Services for James F. Reiter, 48, Topeka, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel in Topeka. Cremation will follow, with inurnment following at Memorial Park Columbarium.
Mr. Reiter died Monday, July 26, 1999, at a Vicksburg, Miss., hospital.
He was born July 31, 1950, in Marysville, the son of Merlin and Beverly (Henry) Reiter. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1968, and from Kansas University in 1973.
Mr. Reiter was a founder of Taco Casa International, and was currently president and CEO of the company. He was a member of the KU Alumni Association.
He married Lorrie Clark in June 1969 in Topeka. They were later divorced. He married Jill Cypret on Sept. 3, 1994, in Topeka. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Charyti Reiter, Burlington, Vt.; his parents, Perry; three sisters, Niki Page, Cartersville, Mo., and Janette Corazzin and Jamie Morgan, both of Topeka; and a brother, Jay Luehring, Topeka.
Friends may call after noon Wednesday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
