  • Consider a change order of $30,995 in a contract with B.A. Green for the installation of a six-inch water main, fire hydrant, and sidewalk at Centennial Park.

  • Consider staff recommendations concerning a Sunflower Cablevision audit requirement to pay $11,852.29.
  • Consider text amendments to the city code regarding the ratio of residential and office uses in the POD-2 (Planned Office District) zoning district.
  • Receive staff report on low-income elderly water and wastewater rates.
  • Consider establishing wholesale water rates for rural water districts and Baldwin for the year 2000.
