ROBERT CAMERON WILSON

Memorial services for Robert Cameron "Ranger Bob" Wilson, 56, Lawrence, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Cremation is planned and inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Wilson died Monday, Aug. 16, 1999, at his home.

He was born June 21, 1943, in Denver, the son of Robert W. and Geraldine Lee Wilson. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1961 and Black Hills State Teachers College, Spearfish, S.D.

Mr. Wilson owned Better Days record store and worked for Kief's, Lawrence. He was also the host of the "New Melody Ranch" radio show Friday evenings on KLWN. He had also worked for Warner Brothers, Los Angeles, and wrote and published the "King Harvest Review."

Survivors include his father, Lawrence, and a sister, Margaret Wilson, Lawrence.

The family suggests memorials to the American Leukemia Society or to Hospice Care of Douglas County, and they may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
