Services for Jance Ira Blanco, 18, Lawrence, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Feltner Chapel in Lyndon. Burial will be at East View Cemetery, Quenemo.
Mr. Blanco died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998, in Lawrence.
He was born Jan. 23, 1980, in Ottawa, the son of Tracy Blanco and Barbara Walker Sayler. He had lived in Lawrence the last 14 years.
He worked at Olsten Staffing Services and received his General Educational Development degree last spring.
Survivors include his father, Ottawa; his mother, Lawrence; a brother, Michael Sayler, Lawrence; two sisters, Jana Norris, Lawrence, and Cheyenne Blanco, Ottawa; and his paternal grandparents, Barney and Norma Blanco, Ottawa.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the chapel, where the family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.
The family suggests memorials to the Lawrence Alternative High School and may be sent in care of Feltner Funeral Home, P.O. Box F, Lyndon 66451.
