A little water can't keep the Fall Arts and Crafts Festival down.

The 19th annual festival -- rained out for the first time Sunday -- has been rescheduled for this Sunday in South Park.

The festival, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., is expected to present handmade crafts and original artworks from about 150 artists and craftsmen.

``And the skill levels of the artists vary greatly,'' said Lisa Patterson, the city's recreation marketing supervisor. ``You have handmade crochet items made by grandma to jewelry from fine silversmiths.''

Booths also will offer quilts, winter-holiday decorations and original acrylic paintings.

In addition, food vendors will look to sell everything from Indian tacos to snow cones.

In years past, the festival has drawn as many as 10,000 visitors to the park. Officials plan to close Massachusetts Street, from 11th to South Park streets, during the event.
