Services for Hazen Dale Lee, 66, Sun City, Ariz., will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Lawrence. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lawrence.
Mr. Lee died Thursday, Sept. 10, 1998, at his home.
He was born Feb. 9, 1932, in Independence, Kan., the son of Ernest Edward and Erma Gladys Hazen Lee.
He married Ruth Malte Mikkelson on June 29, 1985, in Topeka. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include four daughters, Amy Lee and Jodi Lee, both of Lawrence, and Kelly Seuell and Stacy Lee, both of Topeka; a son, Scott Lee, Emporia; three stepsons, Greg Mikkelson, Houston, Eric Mikkelson, Shawnee Mission, and Jeff Mikkelson, New York City; a sister, Virginia Schawo, Topeka; and 10 grandchildren.
The family will meet friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. A reception will be held at the church after the burial.
The family suggests memorials to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, sent in care of the mortuary.
Norbert L. Huerter
Seneca -- Mass of Christian Burial for Norbert L. Huerter, 81, Seneca, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Seneca. Burial will follow in the church cemetery, will full military honors by the American Legion.
Mr. Huerter died Thursday, Sept. 10, 1998, at the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital.
He was born on a farm southeast of Seneca to Herman and Pauline Roeder Huerter.
He joined the U.S. Army in 1941, and served in both Europe and the Pacific during World War II. He returned to Seneca in August 1945 and opened an electronics repair shop, where he worked until he retired in 1979.
He was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Church, the Knights of Columbus No. 1769, the Earle W. Taylor Post No. 21 of the American Legion, and was a former member of the Seneca Gun Club.
He married Darlene Miller on May 3, 1948, in Emporia. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include six sons, Richard, Cresent, Iowa, Steve, Essex, Iowa, Nick, Seneca, Jerry, Holton, Tim, Rawlins, Wyo., and Martin, Lecompton; a daughter, Chris Huerter, South Miami, Fla.; a brother, Fabian, Milo, Iowa; 15 grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Lauer Funeral Home in Seneca.
The family suggests memorials to Sts. Peter & Paul School, sent in care of the family.
Florine T. Wilbert
Pittsburg -- Services for Florine T. Wilbert, 77, Pittsburg, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pittsburg Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Pittsburg.
Mrs. Wilbert died Friday, Sept. 11, 1998, at her home.
She was born March 23, 1921, in Frontenac, the daughter of Emil and Anna Bolognino Temperelli.
She was a member of the Pittsburg Presbyterian Church, Chapter AQ of PEO, Preceptor Laureate Delta chapter 204 of Beta Sigma Phi, the Pink Ladies Mount Carmel Women's Auxiliary, and an associate member of the Kansas University Alumni Association.
She married Paul L. Wilbert on Feb. 12, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minn. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Dennis Wilbert of Kansas City, Mo.; and a granddaughter.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Monday at Brenner Mortuary Chapel, where the family will meet friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.

Overbrook -- Services for Glenn Schwartz, 99, of Overbrook will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Overbrook Cemetery.
Mr. Schwartz died Friday, Sept. 11, 1998, at an Overbrook nursing home.
He was born July 20, 1899, in Lawrence, the son of Henry and Celia Heffner Schwartz. He attended Central Grade School in Douglas County. He farmed in the Worden area before moving to a farm east of Overbrook in 1945.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Overbrook.
He married Anna ``Alberta'' Miller on March 11, 1931, in Morrill. She died April 25, 1991.
Survivors include a son, Larry, of Overbrook; and two grandsons.
