Services for Huldah Erhart, 89, Oskaloosa, will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Warren-McElwain Mortuary, Lawrence. Burial will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery, northwest of Oskaloosa.
Mrs. Erhart died Monday, May 25, 1998, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 27, 1908, in Harrison, Ark., the daughter of Walter and Lucy Smart Milum. She had lived in Oskaloosa from 1944 until she and her husband moved west of Lawrence in 1960. A homemaker, she had formerly worked for the Selective Service in Oskaloosa, and for the Supply Depot in Topeka.
She married James T. Erhart on June 5, 1930, in Lyndon. He died Jan. 27, 1985.
Survivors include a daughter, Joy Nichols, Carrollton, Tex.; a son, James Erhart, Lawrence; a brother, Frank Milum, Yakima, Wash.; a sister, Audrey Keeter, Harrison, Ark.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the charity of the donor's choice and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
