Four noted science fiction writers will be inducted into the Science Fiction & Fantasy Hall of Fame at Kansas University in July.
The inductees were announced at ConQuesT 29, a science fiction convention, on Saturday. Hal Clement and Frederik Pohl will receive the honor, along with Catherine Lucille Moore and Robert Heinlein, who will be inducted into the hall of fame posthumously.
Pohl plans to attend the induction ceremony, which is being held in conjunction with the Campbell Conference at the Kansas University Alumni Center on July 10.
The Science Fiction & Fantasy Hall of Fame was founded in 1996 by the Kansas City Science Fiction and Fantasy Society and the J. Wayne and Elsie M. Gunn Center for the Study of Science Fiction at Kansas University.
