Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A Sony Playstation, Nintendo 64 and other items, valued at a total of $1,425, were reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Glenview Drive between 8:45 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. May 12.
  • Jewelry valued at $1,025 was reported stolen from a the Lawrence Holidome between 10:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. May 16.
  • A laptop computer, laser printer and other computer equipment valued at $2,155 were reported stolen between 1 p.m. May 16 and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday from a residence in the 1400 block of Tennessee.
  • A television and other items valued at a total of $3,271 were reported stolen between 7:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Wednesday from a residence in the 600 block of West 25th.

Police reports

  • The hood and fender of a blue 1988 Saab were reported vandalized between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at 315 Industrial Ln. Damage was listed at $1,500.
  • A 1995 Ford Explorer valued at $38,000 was recovered Thursday evening in Olathe. The truck was reported stolen from Lawrence on Wednesday.
