Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A compact disc player and other items valued on a police report at $2,180 were stolen between 10 p.m. Saturday and 4:15 a.m. Sunday from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Rimrock. Damage to the vehicle's dashboard and rear window was listed at $300.

Police reports

  • Lawrence police on Thursday night arrested a 30-year-old Eudora man on a warrant for aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Details of the incident leading to the arrest weren't immediately available. The man was booked into the Douglas County Jail at 6:14 p.m. and was being held on $20,000 bond.
