Douglas County commissioners Monday will consider approval of a conditional use permit for the addition of a pitch and putt course to the existing Twin Oaks Golf Complex, 1326 E. 1900 Rd.
The property is located southeast of the intersection of Kansas Highway 10 and Douglas County Route 1957 and is owned by Jeff Burey.
The commission meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the commission chambers in the Douglas County Courthouse, 11th and Massachusetts streets.
The commission will also consider approval of the Lone Star encroachment agreement, a site plan for Green Brothers storage building to be located on lot one of the Noria Station Subdivision and two cereal malt beverage licenses -- one each for Baldwin Junction Enterprises and Midland Store.
Commissioners will also confirm the sale of property in the Baldwin Industrial Park to the city of Baldwin. The city has in turn sold the property to a new business.
