— Kansas University's women's swimming team dumped Missouri, 170-130, in a dual on Saturday while the KU men lost a 150-148 nail-biter.

Tyler Painter won the 1000 free (9:09.73), 400 individual medley (4:01.36) and 500 freestyle (4:33.99) to highlight the KU men's entries.

The Jayhawk men won the final event -- the 400 freestyle relay -- but their foursome was disqualified, allowing MU to escape with the team victory.

Other winners for the KU men were Will Bernhardt in the 200 backstroke and Brandon Chestunt in the 200 breast.

In the women's meet, KU dominated in diving. Kerri Pribyl won the one- and three-meter boards..

Other KU winners were Adrienne Turner (200 butterfly, 100 fly), Quincy Adams (100 breast, 200 breast), Carolyn Horwitz (200 free), Rebecca Eustice (200 back).
