* Approve a final plat for Commerce Bank Addition, a one-lot commercial plat covering 1.38 acres northwest of Yale Road and Iowa Street. Requested by Mark Gonzales, president of Commerce Bank, the property owner of record.

  • Approve a replat for St. Lawrence Campus Parish, a one-lot plat covering 2.26 acres southeast of Engel Road and Crescent Drive. Requested by BG Consultants for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, the property owner of record.

  • Reconsider a final plat for Raintree Montessori School Addition, which is a replat of King Addition and the remaining unplatted property for Raintree Montessori School. The property owners want the final plat -- for one lot on 13 acres -- reconsidered specifically with regard to conditions placed on the original approval of this plat in June 1995.   • Consider recommending approval of a text amendment to the Joint City/County Subdivision Regulations to allow an exception to the regulations to permit agricultural lot splits of 5 acres or larger on a one-time basis for properties that have a minimum total gross acreage of 20 acres.
  • Consider recommending approval of a text amendment to the Joint City/County Subdivision Regulations to increase the 5-acre exemption for tracts of ground for residential purposes to 20 acres or larger.
