— Services for Kenneth Hagman, 49, Pittsburg, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Presbyterian Church in Pittsburg. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.

Mr. Hagman died Saturday, Sept. 6, 1997, at a Pittsburg hospital.

He was born Dec. 23, 1947, in Pittsburg, the son of William R. and Avys Rae Taylor Hagman.

He attended Pittsburg schools and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1965. He also attended Kansas University and graduated from Baker University in Baldwin in 1969.

Mr. Hagman entered the family business, Hagman's Inc., in 1970, and was serving as president of the company. He was president of the Express Supply Co. Inc. and was on the board of directors of the First State Bank & Trust Co.

He also was a member of the Presbyterian Church, where he served as a deacon and and elder.

He was president of the Kansas Candy & Tobacco Assn.

He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and served on the board of directors of Peer Marketing.

He married Linda McHenry on Dec. 12, 1968, in St. Louis. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two sons, Kenneth Robert Jr., and Brian Ross, both of Lawrence; his mother, Avys Rae Hagman, Pittsburg; two brothers, William R. Jr., Pittsburg, and John R., Overland Park; and a sister, Sharon R. Redmond, Mission Hills.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Brenner Chapel, Pittsburg, where friends may call after 1 p.m. today.

The family suggests memorials to the Presbyterian Church or the Williams Education Fund in care of the Kansas University Endowment Association.
