— Graveside services for Raymond Horrell, 82, Lenexa, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oakwood Cemetery, Baldwin.

Mr. Horrell died Monday, Nov. 17, 1997, at Lakeview Village Health Center, Lenexa.

He was born Feb. 9, 1915, in Vinland, the son of Nathan Franklin and Florence May Gilges Horrell. He graduated from Kansas University with a degree in electrical engineering. He worked for Black and Veatch in Kansas City from 1967 until his retirement in the early 1980s.

He was a member of the Methodist Church, Abdallah Shrine Temple in Overland Park, and Old Mission Masonic Lodge, Shawnee.

He married Emma Caroline Kalb on June 25, 1939, in Erie, Pa. She died July 20, 1997.

Survivors include a cousin, Gilbert Gilges, Baldwin.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to q p.m. Wednesday at the Lamb-Roberts-Heise Funeral Home, Baldwin.

The family suggests memorials to the Shriners Hospital, sent in care of Lamb-Roberts-Heise Funeral Home, P.O. Box 64, Baldwin 66006.
