Police reports

  • Thomas Patrick Locke, 28, Lawrence, was arrested by Lawrence police detectives early Sunday for possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Douglas County Jail at 1:56 a.m. and was being held without bond Sunday night. Detectives also arrested Justin Hall, 19, Lawrence, on a charge of possession of marijuana and a warrant for failing to appear in court. Hall was booked into the jail at 1:45 a.m. Sunday. He was released after posting $1,000 bond. It was not immediately known if the two arrests were related.
  • Scott Alan Godfrey, 28, Lawrence, was arrested by Lawrence police on charges of driving while intoxicated and criminal use of a weapon early Sunday. Godfrey was booked into the Douglas County Jail at 4:03 a.m. and was being held without bond Sunday night. Details of the arrest weren't available Sunday night.
  • Richard Lee, 28, Lawrence, was arrested by Lawrence police on charges of aggravated burglary and felony theft. Lee was booked into the Douglas County Jail at 6:24 a.m. Sunday and was being held without bond Sunday night. Details of the arrest weren't available Sunday night.
