William M. Dyche

McLouth -- Services for William M. "Bill" Dyche, 71, McLouth, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at McLouth United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Fowler Cemetery, north of McLouth.

Mr. Dyche died Monday, March 3, 1997, at his home.

He was born Nov. 8, 1925, in Niangua, Mo., the son of Mitchell and Verna F. Haven Dyche.

He had lived in McLouth for 40 years after moving there from the Turner community in Kansas City, Kan.

He was a mechanical maintenance man at the Lonestar Industries Plant, Bonner Springs, for 30 years. He retired in 1979.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

He was a member of McLouth United Methodist Church.

He married Bessie L. Elliot on May 4, 1946, at Kansas City, Kan. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Lathaire M. Wonnell and Deborah A. Larimore, both of McLouth; three grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa. No family visitation is planned.

Memorials are suggested to McLouth United Methodist Church, Jefferson County Hospice Organization or Jefferson County Service Organization. They may be sent in care of Barnett Funeral Home, 820 Liberty, Oskaloosa 66066.
