Kansas University's student radio station, KJHK, will provide pregame coverage of the men's Big 12 basketball tournament in Kansas City, Mo., beginning today.

The noncommercial station will broadcast live from the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kansas City, Mo., and will air interviews, features and game match-up analyses.

Coverage will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to noon Friday, and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Student or commercial radio stations from eight of the Big 12 university cities will carry KJHK coverage, said program director Jennifer Fortney.

KJHK is at 90.7 FM. Internet users can tune in on the station's home page at

KU's tournament games will be broadcast live on Lawrence stations KLZR, 105.9 FM, and KLWN, 1320 AM.
