Kickoff for Kansas University's football meeting with Oklahoma on Oct. 5 has been shifted to 11:30 a.m. to accommodate a live telecast by the Fox Sports Network, the Journal-World has learned.
The KU-OU meeting in Norman, Okla., originally was scheduled to kick off at 1:30 p.m. The game will be televised regionally. Details will be released today.
Three of 20th-ranked Kansas' first four games will be televised. The Jayhawks' next game -- on Saturday at Utah -- will be shown on ESPN2, cable channel 37. Kickoff is 8:05 p.m. CDT in Salt Lake City. KU's last game, at TCU on Sept. 14, was also aired on the Deuce.
