— Services for Fred H. Hartman, 100, Lecompton, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Stull United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Margaret Gunselman officiating. Burial will be in Stull Cemetery.

Mr. Hartman died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1996, at the home of his son in rural Lecompton.

He was born Dec. 15, 1895, in Stull, the son of August and Louise Kampschroeder Hartman.

He was a lifelong resident of the Stull and Big Springs community and lived all of his life within two miles of where he was born. He was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of the Stull United Methodist Church.

He married Leona Orinda Kraft on Dec. 15, 1920, at the Fancy Creek Church. She died Oct. 25, 1986.

Survivors include three sons, Warren, Brentwood, Tenn., Calvin, Lecompton, and Leland, Mountain Grove, Mo.; a daughter, Lila Bonnel, Riverton, Wyo.; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to Stull United Methodist Church, in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
