— Services for Pearl Hayes, 88, Kansas City, Kan., will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Farris-Feuerborn Chapel in Garnett. Burial will be in Garnett Cemetery.

Mrs. Hayes died Friday, Oct. 11, 1996, at her home in Kansas City.

She was born Aug. 15, 1908, in Crowder, Mo., the daughter of Walter L. Swaim and Martha Ann Dillard. She was a homemaker.

She married Thomas B. Hayes on Feb. 8, 1922, in Tallapoosa, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Thomas G. Hayes and a daughter, Delores "Winkie" Monroe.

Survivors include three daughters, Cleo B. Yoder, Lawrence, Mildred E. Young, Kansas City, Kan., and DeLaine Burnett, Forsythe, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Farris-Feuerborn Chapel.

The family suggests memorials to the World Wide Work of Jehovah's Witnesses, in care of the Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel, 219 S. Oak, PO Box 408, Garnett, 66032.
