Services for Bertha I. Kolars, 86, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Central United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Kolars died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 1996, at Sterling Heights.
She was born Sept. 5, 1910, to George Dallas and Rachel A. Casteel Lisher of Clyde.
She was a nurse's assistant at Lawrence Memorial Hospital for 17 years until 1976. She was a member of Adah Chapter No. 7 Order of Eastern Star, White Shrine of Jerusalem and was Past Noble Grand of Friendship Rebekah Lodge 754.
She married Joe G. Kolars on Nov. 5, 1930 in Belleville. He died March 11, 1993. A son, Billy Leroy Kolars, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Kay Clark, Lawrence; two sons, Keith Lee Kolars, San Antonio, and Bobby Joe Kolars, Lawrence; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary, where the family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The family requests memorials to Central United Methodist Church, which may be sent in care of the mortuary.
