About 12:15 a.m. Thursday, police were called to the 1500 block of Willow Cove, where a resident looked out a window to see the suspect trying to get into a vehicle. Patrol officers arriving on scene saw the suspect run from the street into a wooded area nearby and followed him. Pinegar was collared a few moments later.
