— Services for Patricia Ann "Pat" Lusk, 52, Texhoma, Tex., will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Texhoma, Okla., with the Rev. Charles Byer officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Stull, Kan.

Mrs. Lusk died Saturday, June 15, 1996, at Memorial Hospice in Dumas, Tex.

She was born July 13, 1943, in Wellington, Tex., the daughter of Arlene Durham. She was a former resident of Lawrence and was employed as title clerk for Texas County Chrysler in Guymon.

She was married to Richard Steven Lusk on Nov. 16, 1962, in Amarillo, Tex. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Tracy Perkins and Tina Meyer, both of Texhoma; a son, Steven Lusk, Guymon; two sisters, Tanya Herald, New Milford, Conn., and Jan Durham, Dallas; a brother, Adrian Pendergrass, San Antonio; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Jane Lusk.

The family suggests memorials to the Pat Lusk Hospital Fund at the First National Bank of Texhoma or to the Memorial Hospice of Dumas.

The Dawson-Welch Funeral Home in Texhoma, Okla., is in charge of the arrangements.
