PAUL R. FAHRBACH

Belleville -- Services for Paul R. Fahrbach, 82, Belleville, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at United Methodist Church in Belleville with the Rev. Paul Morris officiating. Burial, with Masonic graveside services, will be in Belleville Cemetery.

Mr. Fahrbach died Thursday, Jan. 18, 1996, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

He was born Feb. 8, 1913, in Grantville.

He was a member and past president of the Belleville Kiwanis Club and OCCK Board of Directors; past Exalted Ruler of Belleville Elks Lodge; a member of Masonic Lodge No. 129; Isis Shrine Temple, Salina; Knights Templar; and Association for Retarded Citizens. He was a retired owner and operator of Paul's Grocery Market.

On June 14, 1935, he married Elsie Winters. She survives, of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Strnad, Scandia, and Ann Branden, Lawrence; two brothers, Dean, Wichita, and Wayne, Oklahoma City; three sisters, Helen Hatfield and Mildred Shank, both of Abilene, and Betty Frigon, Dodge City; five grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the Republic County Association for Retarded Citizens.

Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home, Belleville, is in charge of arrangements.
