What type of food is the restaurant planned behind Hy-Vee going to serve?
Dana Duellman, owner of the new restaurant, Pachamama's, said the restaurant will feature world cuisine, which "translates to ethnic dishes from all over the world," she said.
Some of the menu items will be: Vietnamese vegetable stir fry, Andean grilled chicken salad, a Bangkok burger, Pueblo pasta and oak grilled Atlantic farm-raised salmon.
