Services for Bessie P. Forsee Perryman, 84, Springdale, Ark., will be at 10 a.m. Monday, at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, with John Jones officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Perryman died Thursday, Sept. 28, 1995, at the home of her daughter in Lawrence.

She was born March 16, 1911, in Mountain Home, Ark., the daughter of James and Maude Idella Taylor Morris. She grew up and attended schools in Mountain Home. She was a homemaker. She moved to Ashland, Mo., and then to Lawrence in 1944. She later returned to Springdale, Ark. She worked as a secretary at Schendel Pest Control in Lawrence. She was a member of the Southside Church of Christ in Lawrence.

She married Hulen Forsee on Aug. 10, 1934, in Jonesboro, Ark. He died on Feb. 22, 1991. She married Bill Perryman in May 1993. He survives at the home in Springdale.

Other survivors include three daughters, Carole Staus, Lawrence; Betty Sorg, Port Ludlow, Wash., and Ann Paulino, Banning, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and until service time Monday at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will meet with friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice Care of Douglas County, in care of the funeral home.
