Services for Clella Beth Boswell, 103, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church with the Revs. Tom Stallworth and Jimmy Cobb officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hopewell Cemetery in Morgan County, Mo., near Versailles.

Mrs. Boswell died Thursday, Sept. 28, 1995, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 3, 1892, in Morgan County, Mo., the daughter of Steele Armor and Nannie A. Parks Taylor.

She lived in Nowata, Okla., from 1905 until 1943, when she moved to Lawrence. She was a homemaker and former clerk for Shimmons Plumbing. She had been involved in child care in the Kansas City area for several years.

Mrs. Boswell was a charter member of First Southern Baptist Church, Lawrence.

Survivors include two daughters, Roseanna Sanders, Mission, and Edith Audene Klopfenstein, Oklahoma City; two sons, William "Bill" Boswell, Lawrence, and R.E. "Ed" Boswell, Prairie Village; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Warren-McElwain Mortuary, where the family will meet with friends.

The family suggests memorials to the First Southern Baptist Church Building Fund. They may be sent in care of the mortuary.
