— Services for Don M. Bradley, 66, Leawood, will be at 1 p.m. today at Blue Mound Methodist Church in Blue Mound. Burial will be in Sunny Slope Cemetery, Blue Mound.

Mr. Bradley died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 1995, at Truman Medical Center.

He was born March 25, 1929, in Blue Mound, the son of Aubrey J. and Bernice Bradley. He attended schools in Blue Mound. He graduated from West Point on June 3, 1952, and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Kansas University Law School in 1959. He worked for Shook, Hardy and Bacon in their Intellectual Properties Section. He was a member of the Akbar Temple of Tulsa, Okla., Blue Lodge of Blue Mound and the Crown Center Optimist Club. He was also a member of the Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma bar associations, the Wichita and Kansas City Metropolitan bar associations, the Lawyers Association of Kansas City, American Intellectual Property Law Assn. and the Kansas City West Point Society.

He married Vicki Phipps on Oct. 4, 1952, at Fort Knox, Ky. She survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Joyce Stewart, Augusta, Cheryl Humphrey, Tulsa, and Judy Bradley, St. Louis; four brothers, Aubrey J. Jr., Wichita, William, Lawrence, Keith, Lenexa, and Wayne, Louisburg; a sister, Idabelle Ostrum, Houston, Tex.; and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Beth.

The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association of Greater Kansas City.
