Burglaries and thefts reported

  • According to a police report, a compact disc player and CD's valued together at $220 were stolen between Aug. 8 and Friday from the 1600 block of W. 25th.
  • A $200 bicycle was stolen between 6 a.m. Tuesday and 8 p.m. Tuesday from the 500 block of Pioneer Road, according to a police report.
  • Electronic equipment and clothing valued together at $1940 were taken between 11 p.m. Thursday and 1 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of N. 2nd. A police report indicated the items were taken from a residence after a window was broken.

Police reports

  • A 1992 Geo Storm suffered $5000 in criminal damage between 2:15 and 3:15 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Mississippi.
  • A man's wedding ring valued at $1600 was taken between midnight and 12:30 a.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Kresge.

  • Medical emergency, 5:11 p.m. Friday, 10th and Elm.
  • Medical emergency, 6 p.m. Friday, 1500 N. 700 Road.
  • Medical emergency, 7:15 p.m. Friday, 1000 block of Pennsylvania.
  • Medical emergency, 7:35 p.m. Friday, 3300 Drury Place.
