Services for Irma Kidwell, 75, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home. Burial will be at Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown.
Mrs. Kidwell died Saturday, Nov. 12, 1994, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 24, 1919, in Jamestown, the daughter of William Inglis and Loretta Vincent Gray.
She graduated from Jamestown High School and lived in Jamestown, Concordia, Newton, Coffeyville and Joplin, Mo., before moving to Lawrence in 1974.
A homemaker, Mrs. Kidwell was a member of a Methodist church in Coffeyville and the Douglas County Genealogical Society.
She married Richard Kidwell on Feb. 2, 1937, at Concordia. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Richard Jr., Broken Arrow, Okla.; three daughters, Patricia Sevart, Wichita, Victoria Martin, Abilene, and Susan Jordan, rural Lawrence; a brother, William Gray, Salina; a sister, Iva Norris, Norway, Kan.; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to service time Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
The family suggests memorials to the Audubon Society and the American Cancer Society. Memorials may be sent in care of the funeral home.
