Kansas University police today continued to investigate the death of a KU student whose body was found Monday morning.

Officers went to the student's room at Ellsworth Hall after receiving a call from the student's roommate at 10:53 a.m. Monday that the 19-year-old freshman from Arlington Heights, Ill., had possibly died.

Police said investigators suspect no foul play in the student's death but instead believe the death was an accident or a suicide.

Dr. Laurance Price, deputy Douglas County coroner, was conducting an autopsy this morning.
