— Services for Agness Sayler, 94, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Winchester United Methodist Church with the Rev. Don Powell officiating. Burial will be at Winchester-Wise Cemetery in Winchester.

She died Tuesday, March 8, 1994, at the Jefferson County Memorial Hospital at Winchester.

She was born Dec. 15, 1899, at Winchester, the daughter of Major Thomas and Emma Bradley Farris and was a lifelong resident of the Winchester area.

She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband for 68 years in Winchester.

She was a member of the Winchester Christian Church.

She was married to William E. Sayler on Oct. 15, 1924, at Topeka. He died Aug. 14, 1980.

Survivors include a son, Dale Sayler, Winchester; a sister, Lucille Givens, Springfield, Mo., and three grandchildren.

Friends may call today at the Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, where the family will meet with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.

Memorials are suggested to the Jefferson County Geriatric Center in Winchester.
