— Mass of Christian Burial for Gayle L. Schrader, 46, Liberal, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. The Rev. Henry Hildebrandt will officiate. Burial will be in the Liberal Cemetery.

Mrs. Schrader died Friday, July 22, 1994, at her home after a long illness.

She was born Aug. 29, 1947, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Warren and Doris Day Thompson.

She lived in Laramie, Wyo., before she moved to Liberal in 1974.

Mrs. Schrader was a legal secretary for four years, secretary of the St. Anthony Catholic School for five years and a part-time secretary for the church until her death.

She was married to Bob Schrader on July 29, 1966, in Garden City. He survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Jennifer and Katherine, both of Liberal; her mother and step-father, Doris and Doug Bowen, Lawrence; a brother, Keith Thompson, Lawrence; five sisters, Joyce Burns, Carol Supancic and Tracy Clinkscale, all of Lawrence, and Michelle and Lisa Thomson, Houston.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the church. Friends may call at the Miller Mortuary in Liberal from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and from 8 a.m. until Mass at the church.

Memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 419 W. 1, Liberal, or the Southwest Home Care Hospice, 50 Village Plaza, Liberal, 67901, or sent in care of the mortuary.
