— Funeral services for Daisy Elizabeth Premauer, 89, Oskaloosa, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Oskaloosa Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Gerald Voie officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Oskaloosa.

Mrs. Premauer died Thursday, Feb. 10, 1994, at Jefferson County Memorial Hospital, Winchester.

She was born March 6, 1904, in North Loop, Neb., the daughter of Asa and Miriam Monroe Prentice. She lived in the Oskaloosa area most of her life.

She graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1922 and attended Kansas University. She married Otto Premauer on May 20, 1923, in Nortonville.

Mrs. Premauer worked for the Jefferson County engineer's office for many years and also had worked in the engineering department of North American Aviation in Kansas City during World War II. She retired in 1966 and had lived in the Cherokee Lodge Adult Care Home in Oskaloosa for the past four years.

She was a member of the Oskaloosa United Presbyterian Church, the Rebeka's Lodge No. 747, the Sunshines Quilters Club of Oskaloosa, and she was a member of the county extension homemakers unit for 63 years.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Arlene Ponder, Oskaloosa; a sister, Lucille Todd, Milton,Wis.; a brother, William Prentice, Leavenworth; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from noon to 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, where the family will greet friends from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be sent to the Oskaloosa Presbyterian Church or to the Rebeka's Lodge No. 747, Oskaloosa.
