— Services for Wilbur E. Sutton, 90, Leavenworth, were held Tuesday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church here with the Rev. Lee Sampson Block officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lawrence.

Mr. Sutton died Sunday, Feb. 6, 1994, at Cushing Memorial Hospital, Leavenworth.

He was born Sept. 3, 1903, four miles west of Baldwin, the son of Bert V. and Henerette Price Sutton.

Mr. Sutton married Viola W. Tryon on Sept. 25, 1928, in Lawrence.

He retired from City Service Natural Gas Co. and was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 55.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a daughter, Carol Sue Brown, Berryville, Ark.; two sisters, Helen Dyer, Ottawa, and Leota Harris, Lawrence; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
