WAKEFIELD Services for Patricia Ann Streckfus, 45, of Wakefield, will be at 7 p.m. Saturday, at the United Methodist Church here, with the Rev. Kent Little, Todd Britt and Ted Hayes Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Timber Creek Cemetery, Wakefield.
Mrs. Streckfus died Sunday, Aug. 7, at her home.
She was born Nov. 5, 1948, in Baltimore to Albrey and Wilma Subert Adkins.
She lived in Baltimore before moving to Wakefield in 1979. She worked for civil service in the Fort Riley Commissary and was a member of the Wakefield Booster Club.
She married Lawrence Streckfus, Aug. 28, 1976, in Baltimore. He survives.
Other survivors include two sons, Larry Streckfus Jr. and Robby Streckfus, both of Wakefield; three daughters, Stacy Ann Clark, Baltimore, Shannon Visser and Tricia McGeeney, both of Manhattan; one sister, Marie Frederick, Eudora; and one granddaughter.
The family suggests memorials to the Pat Streckfus Memorial Fund, in care of Farmers and Merchants Bank, 711 Elm, Wakefield, Kan. 67487. The Wakefield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
