Oskaloosa Services for Lois Kilpatrick, 95, Topeka, were to be this afternoon at Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa, with the Rev. Robert Zieg officiating. Burial was to be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Oskaloosa.
Mrs. Kilpatrick died Friday, July 29, 1994, at Stormont-Vail Regional Medical Center, Topeka.
She was born July 6, 1899, in Rich Hill, Mo., the daughter of Hiram and Emma L. Shockley Vail. She had lived in Oskaloosa since 1941 before moving to Topeka.
A homemaker, Mrs. Kilpatrick was a member of Oskaloosa United Methodist Church and a former member of Rebekah Lodge No. 747, Oskaloosa.
She married William John Kilpatrick on Oct. 22, 1922, in Sioux Falls, S.D. He died in 1970.
Survivors include three daughters, LeaAnn Kaufman, Topeka, Joyce Williams, Ozawkie, and Jean Snell, Topeka; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the activity department of Fairlawn Heights Nursing Home, Topeka.
