Services for Robert "R.L." Zillner, 80, Overland Park, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Cure of Ars Catholic Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Mr. Zillner died Thursday, March 31, 1994, at an Overland Park nursing home.
He was born May 4, 1913, in Eudora, the son of Joseph and Barbara Bauer Zillner.
Mr. Zillner was an airline machinist for TWA for 30 years and retired in 1975.
He was a member of the Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Pearl Harbor Survivors Assn., the Nocturnal Adiration Society and a veteran of World War II.
His wife, Marie Zillner, survives.
Other survivors include three sons, Thomas, Smithville, Mo., Barrett, Prairie Village, and Greg, Lenexa; three daughters, Mary Richesson and Frances Zillner, Lawrence, and Renee Martin, Overland Park; two sisters, Frances Mutz, Woodriver, Ill., and Donna Fox, Eudora; and 11 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Overland Park Chapel, with a rosary at 7 p.m. Contributions may be made to Catholic charities.
